A sound bath is a guided listening experience created with instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gong and other accessory instruments. You’ll be invited to rest comfortably while the sounds move through the space around you.
There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. You may feel deeply relaxed, notice different thoughts or emotions, drift in and out of sleep, or simply enjoy a quiet hour of rest.
Sound baths are intended to support relaxation and personal well-being. They are not medical treatment or a substitute for carefree a qualified healthcare professional.

We’ll begin with a brief guided arrival to help you settle into the space. You’ll then rest in a comfortable position while I play a thoughtfully selected combination of instruments. Th experience may include softer sounds, fuller vibrations and moments of quiet.
Toward the end, I’ll gently guide you back into the room and give you time to reorient before getting up. The instruments and flow may vary depending on the setting, group and type of experience

Wear something comfortable that allows you to rest and move easily. Layers are always a good idea, as your body may cool down while you are still.

Not at all. You’re welcome to lie down, rest on your side, sit upright, keep your eyes open or change positions whenever you need to.
Comfort looks different for everyone. Please choose the position that feels most supportive for your body rather than feeling that you need to remain completely still.
-
You are always in control of your experience. You may change positions, sit up, open your eyes, use ear protection, step outside or stop participating at any time.
If you begin to feel overwhelmed, you can orient yourself by noticing the room around you, placing your hands on the floor or another steady surface or gently moving your hands and feet.
-
Sound baths are generally gentle experiences, but individual responses to sound and vibration can vary.
Please speak with your healthcare provider before participating if you are pregnant; have a seizure disorder, particularly one triggered by sound; have significant tinnitus or sound sensitivity; recently had surgery or major injury; or have another physical or mental health condition that may affect your comfort or participation.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs will not be permitted to participate.
